Shipping & Returns

Little Sister Satchels gladly accepts returns if the item has not been used and is in it's original/new condition. Here is how to do that:

•  Please contact Little Sister Satchels within five days of receiving the item to let me know you wish to return it.

• Ship the item back within seven days of making contact with Little Sister Satchels.

• Refund will be provided once returned item has been received AND its determined that item has not been used and is in original/new condition.

• If I determine that the returned item has been used, a refund will not be issued and buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

• I do not accept returns on:

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Used merchandise

  • Items exceeding outlined returns policy (listed above)
